Benny's Car Wash is Hiring a Manager Trainee Near Baton Rouge, LA
Management Training Program
Regardless of your professional or educational background, by joining our team as part of the Management Training Program, you will be able to learn all functions of our business in the car wash, oil bay and B-Quik stores. You will have the opportunity to work in each role and learn how it impacts our success. Along with field training, you will also attend training classes to further develop your skills.
As a Manager Trainee, once completing the first part of your training at the production level, you will be assigned one site to focus on. At this site, you will shadow a General Manager for hands-on training in daily operations. You will work in an outdoor environment and learn to interact with our customers and employees. You will be trained on every aspect of the business and play an active role in customer service, maintenance, and operations.
As you progress through your first year, you will gain greater access to the training and financial side of management. At this point, we encourage you to begin making decisions with your team for your site. As a Manager Trainee, we will expect you to mentor, train, develop and manage your staff as you make your way to the end of your training.
Manager Trainee's will have opportunities for pay increases, promotions and bonuses based on your performance. To become a successful manager, you should be willing to step outside your comfort zone and learn a new field.
MANAGER TRAINEE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role or at least an associate's degree
- Must be self-motivated and have the drive to achieve results
- Integrity and honesty
- Ability to manage a diverse staff in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
- Effective communication and conflict management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, proactive, and a problem solver
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid LA Drivers License & reliable transportation to multiple locations in the Baton Rouge area
- Please know that we will ask for a background check and a drug screen after a contingent offer of employment is made.
MANAGER TRAINEE BENEFITS:

- Paid time off - 40 hours per year during training, 80 hours per year after entering management
