- *Make great pizza dough *Make breads *Managing production schedule for all dough and desserts
Qualifications
- *Bread making experience required *Excellent time management skills *Able to meet all scheduling commitments 35-50 hours / wk *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail
