GROUP-SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT JOB COACH ON-CALL
Primary Location: Peoria, Arizona (Relocation not provided)
Work Hours: Position requires availability Mon through Fri between 7am to 6pm (weekends as needed) to cover planned or unexpected time off of other Job Coaches on the team

Rate of Pay: $14.87 per hour

- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Peoria/Sun City area before starting work. (No Relocation Assistance)
- HS Diploma/GED Equivalency
- 1 year of current/recent transportation for a diverse DDD population required
Company Insurance Requirements for Drivers:
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and Proof of Current Vehicle Insurance
- 21 yrs of age
- 5 years clean MVD Record
- Able to successfully pass Drug/Alcohol screening and Non-DOT Physical screening (pre-hire & random screenings)
- Successfully pass a background clearance
Position Summary:
Provide an Enriching Person Directed Environment by offering meaningful and purposeful teaching, training, and guidance focused on employment skills and tailored to the specific needs of each member.
Drive members to/from enclaves (company vehicle), help build members' work skills while at enclaves, and complete daily documentation of each member’s workday.
Communicate with members’ families and keep GSE Coordinator updated and informed.
