• Able to reliably commute or planning to relocate to Peoria/Sun City/Surprise, AZ area before starting work. (No Relocation Assistance)
• Bachelor’s Degree in higher or early childhood education/child development, or a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, with 12 college credits (semester hours) in early childhood education/child development; and 6 college credits (semester hours) in business administration/program management; or 9 CEU’s in business administration/program management; or a state-approved Director/Administrator Credential; 
• Requires minimum of one year experience in administration of an early childhood program; and a minimum of 2 years of teaching in an early care and education classroom.
• Possess or able to receive: 
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card,
  • CPR, 
  • Negative TB/Chest X-Ray,
  • Article 9 Certification
  • Food Handler’s Certification (*Benevilla will assist with the costs to obtain)
