Analyze and prepare detailed tax bills for tenants

• Responsible to assist in the processing of real estate tax invoices.
• Responsible to assist in the tracking of assessment information for our properties.
• Responsible to assist in the charging back of real estate taxes to our tenants.
• Respond to tenant correspondences. Provide documentation to support billings and point of view.
• Review and analyze lease documentation in regards to real estate tax information.
• Analyze and understand tenant’s account history in regards to billing, credits and cash receipts.
• Scan invoices into computer along with backup documentation.
• Perform computer data entry of general billing information into excl spreadsheets as assigned by management.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 Hourly 

Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
