Today's world can be intense and stressful, and it's taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health's collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a full-time, Operations Supervisor passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Service Operations.

What you'll do:

  • Be on the ground floor of the Bend Health operations team, set the culture of the service organization, and ensure the member experience at Bend Health is a differentiator and industry leader
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage the Member Account and Support Specialist teams and leverage the BH concierge approach for operational excellence
  • Serve as the internal advocate for our members, translating feedback across channels into actionable insights
  • Be up-to-date on operational dashboards that drive the success of the business, anticipate business needs, report out on metrics daily, and solve for issues that arise daily to help our team members, caregivers and members

Who you are:

  • A details-driven rockstar, with a 'knock-it-out-of-the-park' mentality, keen on delighting members by creating a one-of-kind experience
  • Excellent customer management instincts and abilities, strong written and verbal communication, executive-level presence, and experience in facilitation
  • Experience working in high growth
  • Strong time management skills and the proven ability to set and achieve self-paced goals while working independently

The salary range for United States residents is $72K/year bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
