Benchmark Masonry is Hiring a Laborer Near Lewistown, MT
SALARY: Laborers are paid using a scale based on aptitude and skill.
LOCATION: Job site locations vary. Locations include Central Montana, across the state of Montana, and some are out of state. Travel is REQUIRED and all job-related travel expenses including lodging and meals are paid for by employer. Transportation to and from job sites is provided by employer.

DAYS/HOURS: Days worked are Monday-Friday if the schedule is 8-hour days. Days worked are Monday-Thursday if the schedule is 10-hour days. When traveling, and often in the summer, work days are typically ten hours so that employees can have Friday-Sundays off.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be reliable and hardworking.
- Required to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 120 pounds.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel in a repetitive motion; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, including working on hands and knees for extended periods of time.
- Work in high, precarious places such as scaffolding and ladders.
- Work in outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat or cold.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- A Laborer is required to complete work safely, with quality, and within product specifications, as directed by the foreman or superintendent.
- Attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy is a plus.
- A Laborer must be able to the skilled tradesmen by performing a variety of general labor tasks including:
- Setup, teardown, and cleanup of job sites
- Use power tools including drills, grinders, saws, and other varied tools
- Cut materials to specified sizes for installation using power saws or cutters
- Construction of scaffolding or other installation structures
- Stock materials
- Maintain and keep clean the equipment used by the Laborer
- Clean working surfaces and perform site maintenance and cleanup
- Other duties as assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent.
- Must observe all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions.
- The employer is willing to train the right individual.
- Must be able to follow instructions precisely, and work independently as well as with others, in an organized manner.
