Summary:
The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.
- Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
- Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
- Troubleshoots operator problems successfully, work with leadership on training and process improvements
- Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader
- Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
- Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
- Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas
- Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
- Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Mentors and trains junior technicians
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
- 8 years of experience; 3 years in a leadership role; Ability to provide various levels of engineer quality work; Excellent presentation skills; Effective interpersonal

- 2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
