Job Title: Lease Contract Closer
The Lease Contract Closer is responsible for the final stages of the leasing process in an automotive sales environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that lease agreements are executed efficiently and accurately, providing a seamless transition for customers opting for a "lease here pay here" option. The closer will work closely with sales representatives and customers to ensure that all terms of the lease agreement are understood and agreed upon.
- Review lease agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are accurate and complete.
- Finalize lease transactions by ensuring all necessary documentation is signed and filed correctly.
- Explain lease terms, payment schedules, and other relevant details to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all financial approvals are completed prior to lease signing.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the closing process, addressing any customer concerns or questions to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of leasing policies and procedures to optimize the efficiency of the leasing process.
- Manage multiple lease closings simultaneously, ensuring all are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a closer in leasing, finance, or a related field, preferably within an automotive sales environment.
- Strong understanding of leasing and financing contracts, with an ability to clearly explain complex terms to customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Proficient in the use of office and finance-related software.

- High school diploma required; further education or certification in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
