Guest Service Team Leader is our name for part time team members that have an eye for detail and leadership. These team members assist management with helping the business thrive while leadership may not be in attendance, ensuring that no one walks out unhappy.
Guest Service Team Leader’s will report directly to a Hospitality Expert, Operator Apprentice and General Manager. Their training is specialized around daily in-store and out-of-store operational functions with an additional focus on becoming an expert at leading shifts, delegating tasks and being a flavor coach.
Accountabilities of Guest Service Team Leader:
Ensure guest and peer satisfaction with your passion and enthusiasm
Takes personal responsibility for making things happen
Ability to positively influence and lead a shift of Guest Service Advocates while ensuring they are upholding the highest standards and feel supported
Ensuring all work is completed; keeping staff productive, assigning table and window runs, completing checklists
Taking on the responsibility of proper monetary handling during your shift
Ensuring all inventory levels are at par or above
Provide assistance in the daily operations for their shift
Lives, breathes and displays the 30 Primo Fundamentals
Energetic and positive communication master that is a culture builder
Maintains a solution orientation culture rather than a problem orientation culture
Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are followed and executed in a timely manner
Ensure proper product proportioning through daily scoop practice
Participate in store meetings with all other peers and attend other meetings and activities as needed
Genuinely engaged with and involved within and around your local community
