Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and answer any questions or concerns
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide support for technology sales, wireless sales, and jewelry sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash register duties
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
