As our Director of Construction, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of our high-end luxury home construction projects, from project management, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, to ensure our clients receive impeccable service and superior craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end residential construction in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Respect for architecture and interior design
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software, such as Procore.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full time
  • Salary $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
