Job Summary: The FBO Customer Service Representative is responsible for meeting the aviation needs of the public while also communicating effectively with necessary team members to provide excellent customer service.

Essential Functions:

• Meet and fulfill the needs for the traveling public in a positive manner.
• Answer phones and transfer calls appropriately.
• Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point software, and internet searches.
• Process transactions over AVPOS for the purchase of pilot supplies, Bemidji Aviation apparel, flight instruction, plane rentals, and fuel.
• Communicate instructions and information to pilots landing at Bemidji Regional Airport over Unicom and Company frequency.
• Communicate with line staff re: incoming planes, fuel orders, deicing, and other services needed.
• Enter data in correct data bases (ex: fuel, rentals, flight instruction, etc.)
• Provide courtesy cars for short term use of visiting pilots.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment (take out trash, clean/refill coffee pots, fill vending machines, water plants, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.
