For this position you need will be moving constantly, to provide help to two Hearing Aid Practitioners. The position is fast-paced, so proficiency in computer and insurance knowledge is a must; you will not be bored. We are looking for a Floating Front Office Associate that wants to be a part of this this amazing company.

As a Floating Front Office Associate, you will travel between two offices daily within a week. You will have a great deal of responsibility, as both locations will require your full attention when you are there.

The two offices are: Chelmsford and Middleton Massachusetts.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for managing the front area of both clinics on the days you are there.
• Customer service.
• Making outbound calls from our customer database to schedule appointments in both offices.
• Attending community outreach events to help network and generate business for each office.
• Retail sales.
• Having the right skills and intuitive knowledge to operate modern devices effectively. 
• Office cleaning, including vacuuming, light dusting, and sanitizing for both locations.
• Insurance verifications.
