TheRegistered Nurse in Cardiac Rehab will assess, plan, implement and evaluate direct care during patient cardiacrehabilitation period. This RN will instruct patient on heart diseaseand a rehabilitation exercise plan and educate on health lifestyle, assessphysical, psychological and social needs or patient. The RN will tailora treatment plan according to patient's needs.

Required:

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred

• WI licensure required, IL RN License preferred as well

• CPR, ACLS, Cardiac Rehabilitation

• Experience with implementation of care plans and teaching of cardiac disease processes

• Critical care or intermediate care nursing experience preferred

• Critical thinking skills and computer skills experience

• Flexibility, cross training required and exercise physiologist
