This position will:

• Oversee daily operations of the Gift From the Hart Gift Shop and VIP Cafe
• Schedule, train and supervise volunteers who work in both retail spaces
• Coordinate with vendors for merchandise
• Meet annual operating margin targets

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' retail management and marketing experience
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals
