Responsibilities:

Receptionist implements the philosophy, policy, and procedures set forth by the senior management team while maximizing the highest level of customer service to fellow employees, guests and patients. The Receptionist maintains confidentiality of all patients’ identities while they are being cared for at this facility as well as after treatment is completed. Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education:High school diploma/G.E.D.

Experience: Prefer recent experience in multi-line telephone reception or health care experience.

Competencies

Knowledge of basic telephone etiquette.
Knowledge of multi-line telephone system.
Demonstrate above average problems solving skills.
Demonstrate above average customer service skills to external and internal customers.

Effective oral communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and co-workers, families and other visitors.
