As an Assistant Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will work closely with the CEO and other members of the team to support financial operations and provide valuable insights to drive business decisions.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies or variances
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with the clinics to gather financial data for reporting purposes
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate recording of payroll transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections

```Requirements```
- Experience with small business financials and bookkeeping
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Familiarity in payroll processing and familiarity with payroll systems
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
