Title: ERP Specialist

Reports to: R&D Manager

OBJECTIVE

As an ERP Specialist, you will take charge of our ERP systems, becoming the go-to expert within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead continuous improvements, ensuring that our systems are optimized to support our manufacturing operations effectively. Working both independently and as part of a global team to drive enhancements and integrate our ERP systems with other platforms. If you're a self-driven individual with a strong interest in manufacturing and a knack for system optimization, this role is perfect for you!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Become the super-user of our ERP systems and provide support to users across the organization.
• Lead the continuous improvement of our ERP systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the integration of ERP systems with order systems and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with a global team to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Help out when needed with crucial day to day ERP related tasks.
• Develop and maintain ERP system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems.
• Act as a liaison between the business users and IT teams to prioritize system enhancements and resolve issues.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP system functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Office 365 package
