We have two 500 unit locations in Albuquerque, NM

Responsibilities:

• Greet all prospects and tenants
• Coordinate lease transactions
• All aspects of move-in's and move-out's
• Answer incoming calls and reply to emails
• Run credit and background checks
• Daily office duties
• Inspect apartments to assure that they are move-in ready
• Misc reports
• Manage social media sites

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with contracts/leases preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must be proficient on the computer
• Must have a smartphone with unlimited data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In this position, you would be responsible for providing tenants with great customer service. We are looking for a team player with an outgoing and positive attitude. Must be available to work rent week Saturdays and some Saturdays as required. Must have your own reliable transportation.

Salary determined on skillset and experience and will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Position will receive commission on leases. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and be eligible for Medical, dental and vision benefits after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
