Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for anwering the phone and accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. You will also be responsible for scanning and printing documents.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Organize and maintain files and documentation
- Transcribe information from paper documents to digital formats
- Perform basic math calculations as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
- Familiarity with basic math calculations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong administrative skills, including file management and record keeping
- Familiarity with database systems is a plus
