Job Description:As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data records in our systems. Your primary duties will include:
- Entering data from various sources into our databases
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Generating reports and performing data analysis as required
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of all data
- Accurately inputting data into computerized databases
- Performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors
- Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance projects
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Following company policies and procedures for data management and security
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
