The right candidates will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing new and used cars that best meet our customers' needs. Sales staff enjoy the best work/life balance work schedule in the industry. 43 hours a week average, 5 day schedule $2,400/month guaranteed!

Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 ( average base plus commission to start)

Hours: Full time 5 days a week approximately 8 hour shifts weekdays and rotating weekends. Average 43/week.

Responsibilities:

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Qualifications:

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends (average 43 hours / week)
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Previous sales experience nice to have
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Valid AZ Driver's license and good driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen ( not including THC)
