Bell Bros. is Hiring an Install Coordinator Near Rancho Cordova, CA

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Airhas an immediate need for an enthusiastic install coordinator. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multi-tasking skills. Successful candidates are organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly nonexempt at will position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review sales contracts for completeness and accuracy.
  • Create installation tickets after review of contract and manage job progress from start to finish.
  • Manage and dispatch the installation schedule for on time arrivals of installers, update customers when needed, and ensure efficiency of schedule.
  • Provide post install follow up by going through job close outs, contacting customer for follow up appointments (if applicable), collecting payments and assisting with hers testing/building department inspections.
  • Coordinate and correspond with subcontractors for outside sources to complete the project. (i.e. HERS testing, inspections, cranes, trash pick-up, etc.)
  • Support field staff throughout the day.
  • Complete data entry of new equipment, warranties and guarantees in our database.
  • Work directly with clients and various departments, (Sales personnel, Warehouse, Accounting, etc.), to arrange and coordinate the workflow of the installation department.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to have strong written and verbal and written communication skills with team members and customers.
  • Proficient in managing time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
  • Capability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of project documentation, reporting and execution.
  • Problem solving to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner to overcome project challenges.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within a service company preferred, but not required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and type
  • Speaking and hearing ability; heavy communication through talking and listening to employees and clients directly as well as through telephone conversations to resolve issues
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
