Belkin is Hiring a Remote Paid Media Marketing Manager (Hybrid 1-2 days on-site)
Job Description Job Summary (General Responsibilities): As a Paid Media Marketing Manager at Belkin, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing quality traffic and sales on Belkin.com. They will develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms. Campaigns should be analyzed and optimized to satisfy business goals and KPIs. Keep abreast of the most recent developments and industry best practices in paid media promotion. Our hybrid work model allows you to work from home and take advantage of our brand-new HQ in El Segundo at any time. Most likely, you'll work from your home most of the time and come to the office to use our equipment and meet with the team. Many of us spend 2-3 days in the office per week. Specific responsibilities include: Accountable for all Belkin.com Paid Search & Display, Paid Social, & Affiliate marketing Manage the internal marketing teams and external media agency, as they develop digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns. Define objectives for campaigns, audiences, strategies and tactics, messages, creatives, execution time, and performance measurement; Optimize and manage performance campaigns on core channels like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok against CAC and revenue targets; Oversee A&P (Advertising and Promotion) budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to facilitate strong return on investment and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).Identify creative, media, and landing page tests that unlock conversion and better economics for our monthly plan; Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels; identify and test new channels to meet or exceed critical metrics. Work with creative and design partners to hypothesize creative tests and generate top performing ad ideas; Build and manage dashboards to report campaign performance and evaluate against business KPIs and objectives; Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and learnings to obtain the highest return on investment; Work with internal and external resources to execute and improve campaigns; Create and understand the implementation of pixels and UTM codes. Education and Experience Requirements: 5 years of experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns (on Google, Meta, Tiktok, etc), preferably for a consumer electronics ecommerce brand or digitally native consumer start-up; 3 years of hands-on experience scaling digital channels, only managing agencies does not count; Proven experience scaling performance-based campaigns across channels; Experience in Meta ads, TikTok ads, affiliate marketing (e.g. Impact Radius), display (e.g. Criteo), Google Ads, Google Analytics, and ROAS or CAC-based influencers; Experience in managing agencies towards performance goals; Experiencing scaling a ROAS/CAC-based affiliate and influencer strategy a plus; Experience working with creative teams to develop highly-performance direct response creatives that align with brand standards; Knowledge of and experience in bid management, incrementality testing, creative testing, A/B testing tools; Test and learn mentality and ideally experienced working within Agile teams and can work on iterative processes; Bonus experience if you’ve managed digital marketing campaigns and measured impact on retail (brick and mortar) channels What you’re getting into We’ve got big collaborative spaces for your big ideas, so bring an open mind and leave your suit in the closet.
