Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and hiring
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on human capital management
- Handle workers' compensation claims and processes
- Assist in contract negotiations and presentations
- Implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR sourcing, interviewing, and training development
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Experience in contract management and presentation skills
- Proficiency in human capital management practices
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives
