Customer Service Support
Your tasks As the Customer Service Support (CSS) , you will assist customers with part identification, spare parts order processing, work order close out & invoicing.
You will maintain the service database by entering & updating equipment warranties & other information. You will also assists in data collection, entry, and extraction of data from SAP.
Work schedule : Monday - Friday, hours to be selected between 8 : 00am-7 : 00pm Eastern
Travel expectations : Individuals within a reasonable commute of our Charleston headquarters will be required to be in the office one day each week.
Those outside of the area, can expect to travel occasionally (1-2 times per year) to our US headquarters for training and team development.
