- Reviewing packing lists and verifying items/quantity received match.
- Reviewing price list with invoices.
- Tracking non-conformances, coordinating return of non-conforming material and ensuing credit.
- Performing physical inventory counts at production facilities on a routine basis.
- Running internal reports for understanding packaging inventory levels.
- Ordering packaging supplies as needed.
The successful candidate will offer a post-high school degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 3-5 years’ purchasing/office experience, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with solid communication skills, someone who excels at detail orientation, and possess proactive follow-up strengths and team work skills.
