Belfair Country Club is Hiring a Front of House Team Members Near Bluffton, SC
Belfair is looking to fill several Front of House positions with qualified and experienced candidates.
Belfair is a beautiful community in Bluffton, SC that provides outstanding growth and learning opportunities for our associates. We strive to hire candidates that are customer service focused, team oriented, reliable and friendly. We are ideally located near Savannah, Beaufort and Hilton Head Island.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Full-time associates are offered exceptional benefits that begin the 1st of the month following the date of hire. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and generous PTO accruals.
All associates receive daily meals, 6 month hiring bonuses, monthly associate appreciation events, and 401k (plus match).
We are a non-tipping community but offer guaranteed hourly wages for all hours worked.
Servers - Guaranteed at $21 /hour
Bartenders - Guaranteed at $25 /hour
Most shifts are afternoon/evening, and we offer a wonderful work-life balance. We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates.
