About the role

Your Impact as a Production Lead :

• Organize, direct, and control production for Orrville Plant to meet or exceed production requirements.
• Ensure the process is functioning properly through daily board meetings and discipline.
• Perform visible leadership and personal communication in regards to safety, quality, and production.
• Stay connected with the pulse of the production teams and drive continuous improvement.

About You

Essential skills & competencies

• BA / BS degree in related field (desired).
• Minimum of 2 years proven production management experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to continuously reach out to a broad range of functions and levels in the organization.
• Comfortable in managing ambiguity and complexity.
• Continuously learning and exploring alternative options, routes, and sources to resolve problems, avoids jumping to conclusions.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently, able to determine own direction, resilient.
• Strong operational excellence skill set.
• Understand processes and hands-on problem solving.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong understanding of SAP tools.
• Lean Manufacturing Experience desired.
