High-end, luxury interior window treatment company is searching for an energetic, driven INSTALLER Technician. This highly respected national brand with 90 locations is growing its San Antonio team.

This is a full-time, W-2, direct-hire, permanent position with benefits.

As an Installer Technician, you will be responsible for conducting in-home, highly customized, interior window treatment installations as well as consulting with high-end clientele on repair or replacement solutions: 

• Technical Installations of automated window coverings of all varieties
• Repairing interior window coverings
• Taking concise measurements of luxury interior windows with intricate trim work and other unique situations 
• Talking with clients about ideal solutions for their interior window coverings
• Your solutions-focused, mechanically adept mindset will assist the growth of this serviced-focused company.

WHAT YOU OFFER (Must Haves)

• 3 years of Handyman/Carpenter/Installation or similar experience 
• In-home consultation experience is a plus 
• Technology savvy needed to learn our window-covering software 
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills to easily connect with clients
• The ability to recognize the value in the educational process when sharing your product knowledge with clients
• Clean driving record - Valid Texas driver's license
• Window treatment installation experience is a big plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, ability to do detailed work with arms stretched overhead
• Ability to be at work every day (except for scheduled paid time off)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a solid working knowledge of product offerings and processes to ensure the best experience when working with clients in their homes
• Educate clients on the best options for their window covering needs and provide timely and accurate quotes
• Measure and problem-solve to ensure a flawless installation
• Coordinate and supervise installations from start to finish
• Manage product deliveries for installations and ensure products are organized and ready for installs
• Work extensively in our CRM to provide accurate quotes and track products
• Driving the company van to and from client consultations within a 45-mile radius

Compensation - $18, DOE percentage of sale incentives
