Job Responsibilities

• Providing direct implementation of the treatment plan that includes skill acquisition programming and behavior reduction strategies
• Recording and graphing data using behaviorsoft platform
• Training family members and caregivers on the treatment plan
• Attend monthly team meetings
• Maintaining client dignity and confidentiality
• Utilizing crisis management protocols as written
• Scheduling and coordinating session times with BCBA
• Attending weekly in-direct supervisions with BCBA in addition to live session supervisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least an Associate Degree or 60 college credit hours in the social service field including but not limited to education, social work, sociology, or health care.
• Candidates must be a Registered Behavior Technician with least 1 year work experience with children.
• Candidates must also be available to work evening hours between 3:00 pm-8:00 pm Monday-Friday.
