Behavioral Solutions Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team in beautiful Jacksonville, FL. Behavioral Solutions Consulting, Inc. is owned and operated by a BCBA-D and focuses on providing high quality services with manageable caseloads and abundant supervisory support.

The ideal applicant would have a minimum of 1-year experience implementing ABA programs. BSC provides in-home, school and community-based services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children. Skills that are worked on with clients include but are not limited to: language and communication building, play skills, adaptive living skills, and toilet training. All therapists are supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Join our team of top-notch ABA professionals including BCBAs, BCaBAs and RBTs providing behavior analytic services to the Northeast region of Florida including home, school, and community work in Duval, St. John’s, Clay, and Nassau counties.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct 1:1 sessions with children for 2-3 hours at a time

· Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and BCaBAs

· Track clients progress during sessions

· Write and submit formal treatment notes each session

· Interact with parents and caregivers in a professional manner

· Collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs on client’s progress and treatment plans

Candidate Requirements:

· Previous experience as an RBT providing services to children with autism in the home, school, and/or community

. Currently holds an RBT certification

· Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

. Experience working on a team and collaborating with other professionals

· Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance

· Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes

· Must pass a Level 2 Background Check

Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additional opportunities for compensation may be available.
