The Behavioral Medical Center in Troy, Michigan is currently seeking full time medical administrative assistants/receptionists with experience working in the health care field.
Hours needed are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am - 5 pm.
Job responsibilities include patient check in, check out, scheduling appointments, collection of payments, answering phone calls, checking insurance coverage, obtaining insurance authorization and possibly some checking of accounts for credits and balances based on information from off site biller.
Strong computer skills required. Office experience preferred.
