Recovery aides provide general support andoversight of women who are in an inpatient substance use disorder program andwhom are also either pregnant or parenting. This is a 24/7 program with shiftsthat include days, evenings, weekends and on-call.
Compensation: $19.51 - $25.87 per hour depending on experience andqualifications PLUS shift differential for swing shift $1.75 per hour, fornights $3 per hour and for weekends $1 per hour. Full-time employees areeligible for exceptional benefits including holiday pay, vacation and sickleave accruals, contribution to a retirement plan, reimbursement ofcredentialing expenditures, education funds. Part-time20 plus hours/week positions are eligible for pro-rated sign-on bonus andbenefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
