Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Team Leader in the In-Home Therapy program at Behavioral Health Network!

The Team Leader provides, oversees, manages, and maintains overall program quality and best practices within the In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentor Programs. The Team Leader supports the Program Director in developing the global expansion and clinical quality in meeting all standards and specifications of the programs.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the In-Home Therapy program with the following:

• Providing effective and positive leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of bachelor’s level , master’s level, and other professional level staff.
• Providing clinical supervision to clinicians, support workers, and therapeutic mentors.
• Providing administrative supervision to clinicians, support workers, and therapeutic.
  mentors.
• Interviewing and hiring credentialed staff for programs.
• Providing orientation to all new staff on-boarding into the programs.
• Responding to on-call needs of program as necessary.
• Training staff in writing both comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment
  plans using sound clinical principals and judgment.
• Participating in on-call rotation schedule as back-up support to on-call Clinician.
• Utilizing the DSM-V in completion of responsibilities.
• Developing working knowledge of and access to community resources.

The In-Home Therapy program at Behavioral Health Network is an intensive and flexible service that works with children and families to address and support behavioral health challenges. Services include family therapy, therapeutic training and support, care coordination and others, in any setting where the youth lives or attends school.

What are we looking for in a Team Leader?

Qualification/ Requirements

• Master’s degree and meet the credentialing criteria for Master’s level Clinicians as outlined in the MCE’s most current Provider Manual for Master’s level Clinicians.
• At least three years supervisory and/or management experience required.
• Minimum of five years’ post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
• Must be licensed at the independent practice level (LICSW, LMHC, PhD).
• Must be certified in the Massachusetts CANS.
• Experience managing a home-base program is preferred.
• Must be committed to individuals served, empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Word and
  Outlook
