Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support The Center for Education and Professional Excellence with the following:
- Acts as an Institute Liaison to collaborate on developing courses and training for BHN staff.
- Collaborates with BHN program staff and Institute workgroups to produce training materials.
- Develops Training HUB courses and training for BHN program staff.
- Researches and designs training curricula representative of current practices.
- Provides the logistical implementation of multi-program training.
- Presents training of both originally designed and canned training curricula to others via virtual and live formats.
- Utilizes multimodal instruction including lecture, demonstration, practical application, experiential, as well as individual and group activities to meet the ranging needs of the adult learner.
- Develops training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, virtual labs, and manuals.
- Uses and supports system administrative functionality within the LMS.
- Assists in the deployment of new technologies that support training initiatives.
- Maintains and/or acquires knowledge of new and evolving technology.
- Researches and designs training curricula.
- Provides logistical implementation of training programs.

What are we looking for in the Professional Development Facilitator ?
High School Diploma or GED plus 3-5 years’ experience required, OR
Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience providing training or training-related functions.
Prior training in design, delivery, and implementation of training.
Knowledge and experience of customer service and use of multi-media technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to exercise flexibility to adapt to changes in assignments and work environment.
Must be able to manage time effectively and efficiently
