Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is Hiring an IT Manager Near Springfield, MA

Are you a dynamic, technically masterful, IT Manager looking to grow your career in Behavioral Healthcare?
We're looking for an energetic, passionate professional to lead our IT team at Bhn!
The IT manager provides administrative and technical oversight of the IT function!
  • Coordinate IT-related New Employee Orientation (NEO) activities and collaborates with HR
  • Manage IT appointment scheduling process by monitoring and reporting on volume, walk-ins, and missed appointments.
  • Triage new requests for technology and facilitates any necessary needs gathering.
  • Field requests from BHN staff regarding Managed Service Provider (MSP) performance issues and follow-up
  • Provide guidance for onsite MSP staff around daily operational issues.
  • Manage procurement process for IT software, hardware, and services.
  • Manages process for vendor management.
    • Responsible for ISP adds/changes/deletes based upon direction from Director of Infrastructure and Technical Services.
    • Manages and maintains inventory of vendor agreements.
    • Manages structure and content of IT Teams channels and OneDrive content.
    • Manages service desk knowledge base.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in IT management or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Conceptual understanding of infrastructure technologies including, but not limited to, networking, servers, virtualization, desktop computing, VPN, LAN/WAN/WLAN, etc.
  • Previous hands-on experience in systems administration or supervisory oversight of the IT function desired.
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter willing to take the initiative.
  • Strong customer service mentality.
  • Ambassador for change with a solid understanding of the impact change has on the user community.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with and conceptual understanding of service desk ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with videoconferencing systems such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
