Behavior Matters is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Papillion, NE

We are seeking a dynamic BCBA with a love for helping children with autism and a desire to work collaboratively with a great team, resources, and lots of support.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and functional analyses.
  • Design and implement function-driven behavior plans and supervise behavior analytic interventions
  • Develop and implement appropriate assessment and intervention methods
  • Teach others to carry out ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions based on published research and design and deliver instruction in behavior analysis.
  • Provide ongoing training to caregivers.
  • On-going monitoring and evaluation of all behavioral objectives

Language and Social Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, parents, school, medical personnel, and the community.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive communications.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
