About us: Behavior Matters LLC is owned by a BCBA & parent of an adult with autism and is a company specializing in 1:1 ABA therapy. Job requirements include but are not limited to:

• 1:1 direct service to clients
• Leading small groups of clients in various skills/activities
• Manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions for real time data collection
• Ability to walk a mile
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver’s License
• Able to pass background check

If you are a certified Registered Behavior Technician, you could be eligible for a $100 BONUS after 90 days of employment!!!
