Assistant Clinical Director Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, passionate, and dedicated Assistant Clinical Director to join our ABA team at our Fayetteville, NC location. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs, including Autism and developmental disabilities, and will be knowledgeable in behavior therapy and data collection.
As Assistant Clinical Director, you will be responsible for:
· Developing and overseeing the implementation of individualized ABA programs in line with best practices.
· Training and supervising Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavioral Technicians on the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
· Assisting ABA supervisors on cases, as needed.
· Assisting with trainee program and coordination of unrestricted hours.
· Working closely with parents and other team members to ensure high standards of clinical care.
· Monitoring client progress and attending regular meetings with the Clinical Director.
· Documenting clinical reports, data collection, and other necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
· Developing and assisting new supervisors with Functional Behavior Assessments and development of Behavior Support Plans.
· Assisting in the enforcement of policies and procedures.
· Ensuring compliance with all applicable state regulations.
· Overseeing daily operations at our Fayetteville location.
· Working with the Operations Director, Program Director, and Clinical Director to ensure smooth day to day operations.
· Performing administrative duties related to scheduling, billing, and other operational tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess:
· A bachelor’s degree, BCaBA certification, and/or at least one year of experience as an Assistant Clinical Director.
· Demonstrated experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.
· At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
