Qualifications
· Valid and current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
· Experience writing and evaluating Progress Reports
· Experience writing and evaluating Functional Behavioral Assessments, Functional Analysis, and Skill-based Assessments (e.g., VB-Mapp, Vineland, ABLLS)
· Experience providing training and supervision to Program Supervisors
· Experience in Parent Training and implementation
· Two years or more of experience designing and/or implementing intensive behavior intervention programs and services to students/clients with various developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or severe behavior problems in a home-based, center-based, educational, or social services setting.
· Masters’ degree with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
· Oversee Program Supervisors case management
· Develop a Behavior Treatment Plan specific to each client’s needs
· Lead and manage program supervisors and therapists
· Mentor and help program supervisors and therapists to implement ABA effectively per the recommendations on the Functional Behavior Assessment, Functional Analysis, and/or skill-based assessment.
· Develop a therapeutic alliance with parents, family and the individual receiving services
· Monitor client progress by meeting with your program supervisors once a month
· Evaluate and analyze data collection procedures and data findings for the purpose of program evaluation, client progress, need for revision of behavior treatment plan and/or termination of service.
· Conduct and complete progress reports in a timely manner, meeting deadlines
· Meet with the program supervisors to review client progress and therapist performance
· Help develop and present trainings for new hires and current staff with Clinical Director
· Work collaboratively with parents and provide Parent Training.
· Provide substitution and support to program supervisors if needed. Oversee center-based services, environment, and materials to ensure that clinical goals focus on increasing independence, improve social interaction, and promote inclusion
· Provide BCBA Independent Fieldwork Supervision to supervisees seeking BCBA certification (if needed)
· Conduct functional behavior assessments, functional analysis and skills-based assessments if needed
Each BCBA will be responsible for 20 cases.
