Seeking: Project Manager for a Commercial Roofing Company in Portland, OR

Pay: DOE, $75k-$100k
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm

You'll manage multiple projects ensuring that all work is performed safely, within budget, and on schedule.

Essential Duties:

• Provide direction over construction schedules, cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration and quality control
• Support negotiation of construction contracts; negotiate subcontracts
• Arrange meetings with internal and external project team
• Monitor construction progress, schedule, plan and compliance with contract
• Review and approve invoices and requisitions

Requirements:

• HS Diploma required, Associates or Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or related field is preferred.
• 4 years of experience in construction industry
• MS Office Suite and Bluebeam software experience
• Previous estimating experience is helpful
