BeeSmart Realty is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our daily office operations and managing material-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring quantities and quality match packing lists or purchase orders.
• Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors.
• Keep inventory storage areas organized and secure, with materials stored neatly.
• Assist in assembling and packaging marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and promotional items.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging and labeling.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve order discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to maintain adequate stock.
• Perform office maintenance tasks, including restocking breakroom supplies, managing waste disposal, and maintaining common areas.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents or injuries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Proficiency with basic office equipment, including computers, printers, and copiers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
