Overview:

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking friendly and upbeat individuals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment and aim to deliver a quality customer experience. Food Runner/Bussers will assist with food delivery, tray setup, plate presentation, table bussing, as well as cleaning and sanitation in both the dining room and kitchen. This position is required to communicate effectively with a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Food Runner/Bussers play a major role in food order accuracy and timeliness of service, helping our guests to have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests as they Arrive with a Welcoming and Positive Attitude
• Communicate Effectively with Front of House Team Members and Managers
• Bus, Clean, and Sanitize Tables/Chairs/Seats Quickly to Ensure Efficient Seating
• Direct and Facilitate Carryout Pickup for Guests, as Needed
• Assist Serving Staff when Necessary, with Pre-Bussing Tables and Delivering Food and Beverages to Guests
• Maintain Cleanliness and Presentation of the Dining Room, Restrooms, and other Public Areas
• Deliver Food to Tables Accurately and Efficiently
• Execute Daily Cleaning Details, as Outlined by the Management Team

Required qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Ability to Multi-Task in High Volume Environment
• Must be 16 to apply
