Job Description:

As a Production Manager at Beehive State Exteriors, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our exterior renovation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1. **Project Planning and Scheduling**: Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to plan and schedule project timelines efficiently.

2. **Resource Management**: Allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

3. **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards. You will be at times working in the field with the installers teaching them the company workmanship policies.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

5. **Team Leadership**: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including field crews and subcontractors, to ensure they have the support and direction needed to succeed.

6. **Problem Solving**: Address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution promptly and effectively, finding solutions to keep projects on track.

7. **Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication channels with clients, subcontractors, and employees to keep all parties informed of project progress and any changes.

8. **Documentation**: Keep detailed records of project activities, including budgets, schedules, and any deviations from the original plan.

9. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

10. **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

As a Production Manager at Beehive State Exteriors, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of our exterior renovation projects, from start to finish. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential to our continued success.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely
• Basic computer knowledge (a plus)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles (1-ton trucks and trailers)
• Load, unload, and secure cargo (following safe lifting practices)
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to company safety policies
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• This is a full time position requiring 40 hours per week.
