Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
Ag PCA license, agronomist, or similar certification demonstrating expertise in agricultural practices.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Agricultural Studies, Crop Science, or Agribusiness.
Prior experience owning, managing, or working on an almond or other specialty crop farm, providing firsthand knowledge of grower challenges and needs.

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $80,000-$110,000 commission bonus (actual compensation will be determined on experience, location, and other factores permitted by law).
