We are looking for a full-time Dietary Manager to join our team of excellent resident care.

As a Dietary Manager, you will be creating and maintaining nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment.

This will include:

• Manage staff in the kitchen environment
• Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
• Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
• Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas

The ideal candidate is…

• Customer service orientated
• Certified as a Dietary Manager or possess at least an Associate’s degree in food service or Culinary Arts
• Experienced in long-term care preferred
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff perks to enjoy!!
