Home Health Aide Responsibilities : Live In - Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

• Provide home health care services in patients residences.
• Maintain client care records and document all services provided.
• Implement plan of care under the directive of a Registered Nurse.

Home Health Aide Skills : Live In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

• Proven working experience as home health aide.
• Proficiency in English.
• Home Health Aide Certification (CHHA).
