Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as must have working experience with QuickBooks. Part time or full time, depending on the candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry purposes
- Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Requirements:

- Must be proficient in using QuickBooks
-Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of accounting practices in public accounting is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
